The team behind your front desk
Teleadmin Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian company that provides medical administration and secretarial support to clinics in Australia and New Zealand. Our team works from our office in Shah Alam, inside your practice systems, during your clinic hours.
What we do
Admin cover that feels in-house
Named people, trained on your practice, working in your software while your clinic is open.
We take on the administrative work that fills a clinic’s day: answering the phone, managing the appointment book, registering referrals, chasing results and keeping the billing moving. Your patients speak to people who know your doctors and your booking rules. Your on-site staff get their time back for the patients in front of them.
We are not a call centre and we do not sell software. Each practice is looked after by named team members who learn how that practice runs, are supervised in our office and are backed up by colleagues who know the account, so cover continues through leave and sick days.
Everything happens inside your own practice management and phone systems through secure, individual logins. Patient records are not copied out, downloaded or stored on our side.
