Build a career in medical administration

Teleadmin runs the front desks of medical clinics in Australia and New Zealand from our office in Shah Alam. If you are organised, precise and good with people on the phone, we would like to hear from you.

Why work with us

Work that matters, done properly

Behind every call and every task is a patient waiting for an appointment, a result or a letter. You will see the difference you make, every day.

Learn a real specialty

Structured training in medical terminology, clinic workflows and practice software. You become the person who knows how a practice runs.

Office, not home

A proper workstation, colleagues beside you and supervisors who help when a call gets difficult, in our office in Shah Alam.

Your own practice

You work with the same clinic every day and get to know its doctors, patients and rhythms, rather than a random queue of calls.

Predictable hours

Shifts follow our clients’ clinic hours, so they typically start early and finish early. Your roster is agreed before you start.

Room to grow

People who master the work go on to lead accounts and train new team members as we grow.

A team that looks after its own

Clear expectations, fair treatment and managers who back you up. Applications from all backgrounds are welcome.

Who we look for

The person behind the desk

Experience in medical reception, clinic administration, customer service or a call centre is an advantage. We train the rest.

  • Clear, confident English

Written and spoken. You will be on the phone with patients and doctors all day.

  • Attention to detail

Names, dates, referrals and invoices have to be right the first time.

  • Discretion

You will handle confidential health information and sign a confidentiality agreement before you start.

  • Comfortable with computers

You pick up new software quickly and can work across several systems at once.

  • Calm and courteous

Patients are often anxious or unwell. You stay warm, patient and professional.

  • Reliable

Clinics depend on the phones being answered. You turn up, on time, every shift.
